Introduction
This Subprocessor List contains a current overview of the external service providers that MKX Technologies ("myWorkMate") may engage when processing personal data on behalf of its customers (controllers).
This list is updated periodically. In the event of material changes to the subprocessor structure, myWorkMate will notify customers via the platform or by email.
Important note
The categories and providers listed below may process personal data in the capacity of subprocessor. Where required, appropriate contractual arrangements have been made that provide a level of protection equivalent to the Data Processing Agreement.
Some services may, in certain cases, act as independent data controllers. In that case, their own privacy policy also applies.

The overview below shows the key providers per category. The list is non-exhaustive; myWorkMate may engage additional service providers subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
Hosting, infrastructure and storage
Platform infrastructure, databases, and file storage on which myWorkMate runs.
AI and language models
External AI providers for processing instructions, generating content, and language processing.
Payment processing
Payment service providers for processing payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
Communication and messaging
Providers for WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Authentication and identity
Providers for login services such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple.
Calendar and video conferencing
Integrations with calendars and meeting software.
Location and routing services
Maps, route planning, and location data.
Email infrastructure
Services for sending and handling transactional and marketing emails.
Monitoring and security
Services for error tracking, performance monitoring, and security monitoring.
Changes to the Subprocessor List
myWorkMate reserves the right to add, replace, or remove subprocessors. When adding a new subprocessor that processes personal data, the Data Processing Agreement will be complied with, including the obligation to inform customers and, where contractually agreed, to provide them with an opportunity to object.
